Our Process
Scrap
As a leading steel supplier in Hyderabad, we source high-quality scrap materials, including HMS 1, HMS 1&2, and ISRI grades, from trusted regions worldwide, primarily Europe. Our facility is equipped with heavy-duty cranes for efficient handling and industrial magnets that transfer the scrap into the induction furnace for melting.
Electric Induction Furnace
Scrap is carefully loaded into our electric induction furnace using industrial buckets, where it is melted and refined into prime billets. During this stage, our team continuously monitors the chemical composition, including Carbon, Manganese, Phosphorus, Sulfur, and Silicon, to ensure that each billet meets strict international standards.
CCM
The molten metal from the furnace is directed into the Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), which precisely converts it into uniform billets ready for the next stage of production.
Billets
These hot-rolled billets serve as the core raw material for producing high-strength steel rebars. Their consistency and structural integrity make them ideal for direct rolling in our mill.
Rolling Mill
The billets are transported via automatic conveyors to our state-of-the-art rolling mill, where they are shaped into steel rebars under controlled temperature and speed for consistent quality.
Cooling Bed
Freshly rolled steel rebars are transferred to our 120-foot cooling bed. Here, they are evenly cooled and accurately cut to the desired length, either per foot or as per customer specifications, before bundling.
Dispatch
Before dispatch, every steel rebar bundle is weighed and inspected. Random quality tests are conducted in our in-house laboratory to ensure full compliance with international standards. Any rejected pieces are promptly separated. Finally, each approved bundle is labeled with our official tag, marking it ready for safe and timely delivery.
